Brian Buchanan has a BSc (Hons) Construction Management degree (Awarded the 2001 Grinaker-LTA prize for: Best student in the subject Construction Management 510/520) as well as an Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) & over 20yrs construction experience working on 3 continents (Australia, UK & South Africa) having completed 85+ projects with a combined value of circa $300+ million.
He has held various roles in construction (Site Manager, Estimator, Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Design Manager & Senior Management) & has been involved in the delivery of landmark projects such as Empire Theatres - Armitage Centre, UQ Gatton Pool, Mueller College covered sports court, Westpac Fit out - 123 Eagle Street & numerous multi-residential high rise buildings.
