No need for an Extension of Time:

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) are proud to announce the completion of a 500m2 concrete suspended deck extension @ World Gym North Lakes, 44 Flinders Parade, North Lakes QLD 4509.

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) teamed up with Keymax to increase the NLA of the existing gym. 

Whilst World Gym were fully operational, works consisted of demo, formwork, concreting, post tension concrete slab, precast tilt panels, structural steel, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, roofing, AW&D, screening, signage, painting, landscaping and new internal staircase. Note: The Wolverine artwork was by Others!

Children’s Health Queensland:

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) are proud to announce the completion of insurance claim works @ 236 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo, QLD 4151.

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) teamed up with DGBC & Rizon to rectify water damage on Level 1 & 2, Old Cleveland Road.  

Whilst Children’s Health Queensland were fully operational, works consisted of C&P, carpentry, electrical, flooring, painting & joinery.

NEW light industrial buildings:

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) are proud to announce the completion of 2no. 500m2 light industrial buildings @ 2006 Anzac Ave, Mango Hill, QLD 4509.

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) teamed up with Keymax to construct 2no. light industrial buildings located in a prime position on Anzac Ave next to the Caltex/ Woolworths service station. 

Works consisted of bulk earthworks, bored piers, cast in situ tilt panels, civil – SW, effluent disposal bed, detention tank, sewerage treatment plant, concreting, structural steel, roofing, C&P, electrical, hydraulics, cladding, painting, AW&D, joinery, roller doors, fencing & landscaping.

Get to the chopper:

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) are proud to announce the completion of insurance claim works @ Aeropower Flight School, Redcliffe Aerodrome, Nathan Rd, Rothwell QLD 4022.

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) teamed up with DGBC & Rizon to rectify water damage due to flooding. 

Whilst Aeropower were fully operational, works consisted of C&P, carpentry, roller doors, hydraulics, line marking, painting, floor coatings & tiling.

Flood damage repairs:

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) are proud to announce the completion of insurance claim works @ SJ Electric, 19 Elliot St, Albion, QLD 4010.

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) teamed up with DGBC & Rizon to rectify flood damage at SJ Electric head office.

Whilst SJ Electric were fully operational, works consisted of demolition/ strip out, ceilings & partitions, tiling, painting & joinery.

A perfect place to ‘meat’:

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) are proud to announce the completion of the design & construction (D&C) of a new training room @ JBS Foods Australia, Dinmore abattoir, 2 Lock Way, Riverview, QLD 4303.

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) teamed up with DGBC & Wiley & Co. to deliver this fit for purpose training room.

Whilst JBS were fully operational, works consisted of screw piers, Light gauge steel framing, roofing & cladding, ceilings & partitions, mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, flooring, tiling, painting & joinery.

Stairway to heaven:

Building Partnerships Australia (BPA) are proud to announce the completion of the demolition & construction of 2no. new external staircases @ Mareeba Units, 308 Harcourt Str, Teneriffe, QLD 4005.

With extremely challenging site conditions, works consisted of demolition, pier foundations, formwork, concrete, tiling, painting, fencing, wrought iron balustrade, stencilcrete & landscaping.
